By registering on CounselKaro, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages from us related to your account and platform usage. These messages may include authentication communications such as One-Time Passwords (OTPs), login alerts, account verification, payment or recharge updates, service notifications, important announcements, and relevant platform updates.

Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and usage of the platform. Standard WhatsApp and data charges may apply as per your mobile service provider.

Your mobile number will be used strictly for CounselKaro service-related communication and internal platform updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal contact information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

From time to time, we may also send optional promotional or informational messages related to offers, features, or updates. You may opt out of receiving non-essential or promotional messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by contacting our support team. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect critical service or account-related communications.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and ensure secure communication. Continued use of the CounselKaro platform confirms your acceptance of these WhatsApp communication terms.

1. Nature of Services

CounselKaro provides astrology-based consultations, reports, remedies, and wellness-related products. Our services are offered through professional astrologers (“Astrologers&”Counsellors”) who are listed on our platform.

All consultations, guidance, or recommendations are based on astrological interpretations and are intended for guidance purposes only, not as guaranteed outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use our Services. By using the Platform, you confirm that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

3. User Account & Responsibility

To book consultations or purchase products, you may need to create an account on the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
You agree not to share your account access or misuse the Platform in any unlawful manner.

4. Booking of Consultations

Users may browse astrologer profiles and book specific astrologers & all counsellors based on availability and service type.
Consultation duration, mode (chat, call, video), and charges are displayed at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.
Rescheduling or cancellation shall be governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Remedies and Products

CounselKaro may offer spiritual or astrological remedies such as gemstones, yantras, or ritual kits.
Such products are sold for faith-based and wellness purposes only.
CounselKaro does not claim or guarantee any specific outcome, health benefit, or financial improvement from using remedies or products.

6. Payments

All services and products are chargeable as per the rates displayed on the Platform.
Payments must be made through the authorized payment gateways integrated on the Platform.
Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as specified.
In case of failed transactions or duplicate payments, refunds will be governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Role of Counsellors Support

CounselKaro acts as a facilitator connecting users with astrologers & Counsellors. While we verify the credentials and quality of our listed Astrologers & Counsellors, the advice given during consultation is solely the responsibility of the respective Astrologer & Counsellors. CounselKaro shall not be liable for any action taken by users based on consultations or advice received.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, content, graphics,Ads Videos,logos, designs, reports, and other materials on CounselKaro are the intellectual property ofDG Life and Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

9. User Obligations

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for illegal, abusive, or defamatory purposes.
Record, share, or reproduce consultation sessions without consent.
Post or transmit any content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
Attempt to interfere with the functioning of the Platform or misuse its services.

Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

DG Life and Wellness Pvt Ltd, CounselKaro, its directors, employees, or Astrologers & Counsellors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
The total liability of CounselKaro, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.

CounselKaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user found violating these Terms or misusing the Platform.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Anand Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to the Platform or its Services.

Demanding or coercing astrologers & Counsellors to provide services outside the Platform.
Recording, publishing, or sharing any part of a consultation without consent.
Sharing false, misleading, or offensive information.
Posting defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.
Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the Platform or other users’ accounts.
Misusing the refund system or initiating false complaints.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without any refund.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

Users must respect the confidentiality of consultations.
Personal information shared by astrologers & Counsellors or other users should not be disclosed publicly.
UnUnauthorized sharing, recording, or publishing of any session content is strictly prohibited.

4. Honest and Accurate Information

Users must ensure that all information provided during registration or consultations — such as birth details, name, or questions — is true and accurate.

Providing false or misleading information may affect the quality of services and can result in account suspension.

5. No Unlawful or Harmful Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for:

Any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Promoting hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.

6. Feedback and Reviews

CounselKaro encourages constructive feedback to improve our services.

However, reviews must:

Be genuine and based on personal experience.
Not contain abusive, defamatory, or misleading statements.

Fake or malicious reviews may lead to removal and account restrictions.

7. Respect for Astrologers & Counsellors

Our astrologers & Counsellors are trained professionals who offer their expertise with sincerity and care.

Users are expected to:

Treat astrologers & Counsellors with dignity and professionalism..
Avoid demanding instant results or guarantees.
Communicate respectfully, even in cases of disagreement.

Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or personal attacks toward astrologers & Counsellors will not be tolerated & Legal action will be taken.

8. Platform Integrity

All bookings, communications, and payments must be conducted only through the CounselKaro Platform.
Direct or off-platform engagements with astrologers & Counsellors are strictly prohibited and may lead to blacklisting.

9. Enforcement and Consequences

Violation of these Guidelines may result in:

Temporary suspension of account access.
Permanent termination of account without refund.
Reporting to relevant authorities, if required by law.

CounselKaro reserves the right to investigate and take action at its discretion to protect the integrity of the community.
