At DG Life and Wellness Pvt. Ltd. (“Counsel Karo”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we strive to ensure that all users have a smooth and satisfying experience when booking consultations or purchasing products through our Platform.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which bookings, consultations, remedies, and product purchases may be cancelled or refunded.
By using our Platform, you agree to the terms described below.
a) User-Initiated Cancellation
- Users may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- In such cases, a credit of 100% of the paid amount will be processed (after deducting transaction and processing fees).
- Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled consultation will , though rescheduling may be permitted (see below).
b) Rescheduling
- Users may reschedule a consultation once, provided the request is made at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling is subject to astrologer availability.
- If rescheduling is not possible, the booking may be treated as cancelled under the terms above.
c) Astrologer-Initiated Cancellation
- If an astrologer is unavailable or cancels a confirmed booking, users will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule with the same or another astrologer at no extra cost.
d) No-Show by User
- If the user fails to join the consultation at the scheduled time (chat/call/video), the session will be deemed completed and no refund will be issued.
a) Non-Refundable Items
Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of our offerings, the following are non-refundable once delivered or shipped:
- Personalized astrological reports
- All remedies
- Pooja or ritual services once initiated
- Digital downloads or content once accessed
b) Defective or Damaged Products
- If a physical product (e.g., gemstone, yantra, pooja kit) arrives damaged or defective:
- You must notify CounselKaro within 24 hours of delivery, with photos and order details.
- Upon verification, we may arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Returns must be made in original packaging and unused condition.
- A video shoot of the unboxing is required as proof.
c) Authenticity
All products are sourced or prepared under expert supervision. However, outcomes are not guaranteed, as remedies are provided for faith and guidance purposes only.
If your payment was processed more than once for the same booking or product:
- please contact us with proof of transaction.
- Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- All approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment..
- Refund processing may take up to 15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- CounselKaro is not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment gateway systems.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- User dissatisfaction arising from interpretation, prediction, or guidance outcome
- Misunderstanding or miscommunication due to incorrect birth details provided by the user
- Technical issues arising from user’s internet/device problems
- Any attempt to misuse or manipulate refund claims
- Scratches/dents on closure or fading/scratches/dents on stones due to daily use. Natural deformations, colour differences in natural stones/ beads.
All refund or cancellation-related disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anand, Gujarat.
